How do you deliver? What do you charge for freight? Can I pick up my order?

We use the fastest or most reliable freight service to your area. The freight charge is based on dimensions and weight as well as the destination. Unfortunately, we do not offer pick up.

How long will it take to get my order?

This will depend upon where you are located and the size of your order. We aim to have your order processed and ready for dispatch as quickly as possible. Any delays to this timing will be advised to you upon ordering.

What size blades do you stock?

We stock from 6mm up to 67mm wide in the most popular pitches. We can also source other sizes and pitches upon request. We are one of only a few authorised distributors in Australia for M K Morse products.

Do you offer warranty or guarantee on the blades?

Our Warranty (Warranty Against Defects)

• What is Covered: We offer a 6-month manufacturer's warranty specifically covering defects in the blade weld. This warranty guarantees the weld will not fail due to a manufacturing defect within this period.

• What is NOT Covered (Exclusions): This warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from:
    - Misuse or Improper Operation: This includes, but is not limited to, failure to properly 'break-in' the blade, incorrect tensioning, running the blade at inappropriate speeds/feeds for the material, or cutting materials the blade is not designed for.
    - Normal Wear and Tear
    - Accident, Neglect, or Improper Storage
    - Failure of the Saw Machine

Warranty Claim Process

• Return Required: Faulty blades must be returned to us for inspection and assessment.

• Shipping Responsibility:
  - Returning the Faulty Blade: The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the returned goods to us.
  - Replacement Blade: If the blade is confirmed to be a warranty failure (a defect in the weld), any replacement blade will be shipped back to you at our expense.

How do I pay for my blades?

We accept EFT, VISA and Mastercard as payment and we do not charge any credit card fees. We also offer 30-day accounts upon application.

How long have you been in business?

United Products was established in 2002. In 2011 new ownership took over the business retaining 'United Products' as the trading name.
