Bi-Metal Blades
Our high performance Bi-Metal bandsaw blades are manufactured from prefabricated steel strip. This strip is bonded in an undetachable manner to the high speed steel cutting teeth by means of an electron beam welding process.
Bi-Metal bandsaw blades guarantee optimal wear resistance and the highest possible load capacity on all horizontal and vertical bandsaw machines.
Carbon Blade
Carbon steel bandsaw blades are an inexpensive way to cut wood and/or metal . The coarser tooth profiles such as 3 tpi (teeth per inch), 4–6 and 8 tpi are the wood cutting blades, while the 10 – 14 – 18 and 24 tpi blades are commonly used to cut metal.
From simple workshop operation to the machining of compound materials, carbon steel blades work well with both vertical and horizontal bandsaw machines running at high surface feet per minute.
Meat Blades
Meat cutting blading is made of hard edge, flexible back carbon steel. The tips of the teeth are hardened by an induction process and the back of the blade is hard edge.
Any length for any type of saw can be expertly welded in our factory. Usual delivery ex factory is within 24 hours of receiving your order. Full coils are also available in approximate lengths of up to 600 feet.
